| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue or use the Search facility, then click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. | Shipping And Handling All goods must be signed for upon delivery. The delivered items must be checked when received and any faults or carrier damage must be reported within 3 working days. In the event that there is no one at the premises when the goods are delivered the couriers are under instructions not to leave the parcel. If the courier has been unable to deliver the goods you will be left a card stating the local depot's address and telephone number. If you then contact the depot you can arrange another date for the delivery to be made - this must be to the same address. Alternatively you can arrange to pick the goods up from the depot, for which you will need some form of identification e.g. a driving licence. |
| Delivery Schedule We want to deliver your goods to you as quick as we possibly can, indeed a large percentage of our orders are delivered within two working days. However, because your order may not be in stock and we have to wait for delivery from the manufacturers, please allow 10 working days from placing your order for delivery.
